The LIV Grand Rapids online shopping experience is moving to a brand-new platform — and with it comes a completely redesigned web store, a better mobile app, and a loyalty program that puts real cash back in your pocket. Here's everything you need to know:
Your Loyalty Program Just Got a Lot Simpler
For those of you who've been earning points through our Highly Loyal Club program — first, thank you. Your loyalty means everything to us, and we wanted to make sure the transition to our new rewards system actually feels like an upgrade.
Here's the short version: we're moving away from points and toward something more straightforward — LIV Rewards Dollars. Real cash value you can apply directly at checkout. No more wondering what your points are worth or how to redeem them.
What happens to my Highly Loyal Club points? Your existing Highly Loyal Club points will automatically convert to LIV Rewards Dollars when you claim your new account. The conversion rate is 100 points = $5 in Rewards Dollars. Your balance will be waiting for you the moment you log in.
Going forward, every purchase earns you Rewards Dollars you can spend on your next order — simple, transparent, and no math required.
Step One: Claim Your Account
When the new platform goes live, you'll need to take one quick step: claim your account.
Don't worry — it's easy. Just enter the phone number or email associated with your LIV account, and you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify it's you. That's it. Your order history, your loyalty balance, and your profile will all be right where you left them.
Why do I need to do this? This step keeps your account secure during the migration and ensures your loyalty points convert correctly. It takes less than a minute, and you only have to do it once.
Save Your Favorites — And Never Miss a Drop
One of our favorite new features (pun intended) is Favorites.
You can now favorite individual products or entire brands directly from your menu. Think of it as your own personal product watchlist, built right into the LIV shopping experience.
